The Theatre Arts Club provides the opportunity for local people who like the theatre but do not want to drive, or have the hassle of parking, to attend performances by coach.
We visit local theatres, for example the Yvonne Arnaud in Guildford, the Chichester Festival Theatre and the Theatre Royal in Brighton.

When & Where
The Club meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 2.30pm (excluding August) at the Village Hall in West Chiltington. At the meeting members have a chance to buy tickets and also listen to a speaker. Recent topics have included Restoration Theatre: Rakes, Fops and Wenches and The Making of the Sound of Music. Our next talk is Tamla Motown (part 2) by Edwin Preece.
What’s On
Recent theatre trips include a very successful trip to the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre to see Spitfire Girls and a visit to Chichester Festival Theatre to see ‘Magic’ about the friendship between Harry Houdini and Arthur Conan Doyle, and there will of course be a trip to Chichester for the summer musical which this year is My Fair Lady. Our autumn programme includes The Choir of Man and The Anastasia File at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford.
